Not Medical or Emergency Services
Services provided are not intended to replace medical, psychiatric, or emergency care.

Booking & Payment
Sessions must be booked through the available scheduling system or arranged directly with Núria Boladeres.
Payment is due according to the terms shown at the time of booking or purchase. Prices may change from time to time, but changes will not affect services already purchased unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed sessions, are non-refundable and may be charged the full session fee.

Packages
Packages and prepaid sessions are non-refundable once purchased and must be used within the timeframe specified at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Sessions included in a package are intended for the person or couple who purchased them and may not be transferred to another person without prior agreement.
Results
Every individual and relationship is different. While I aim to provide thoughtful and effective support, specific outcomes or results cannot be guaranteed.
Your participation, decisions, and actions remain your responsibility.
