ABOUT

I’m originally from a small town outside Barcelona and now live in Austin with my partner and our three dogs.
Growing up around divorce, family complexity, and emotional responsibility from an early age deeply influenced the way I understand people, communication, and connection today.
Since my twenties, I’ve been driven by curiosity about relationships, identity, culture, and the many ways people create meaning and belonging. That curiosity has taken me across different countries, communities, and stages of life — from co-founding a school in Spain to studying mindfulness and yoga in India, moving to the U.S. for a relationship, rebuilding after divorce, and creating a new life in Austin.
Over the years, both personally and professionally, I’ve become increasingly interested in the emotional and relational patterns that shape how people connect, protect themselves, navigate intimacy, separate, repair, and evolve through change.
Today, I work with individuals and couples navigating communication challenges, emotional disconnection, relationship transitions, intimacy, and relational uncertainty.
Whether someone is rebuilding, healing, or simply wanting healthier ways of relating, my goal is to create a space that feels thoughtful, grounded, collaborative, and emotionally honest.
