I've always been fascinated by people and the relationships that shape us.
Growing up around divorce, family complexity, and emotional responsibility taught me early on that the way we relate to one another shapes far more than our relationships. It shapes the way we see ourselves, the choices we make, and the lives we create.
Over the years, life has invited me to explore those questions firsthand—through divorce, grief, moving across the world, building a life far from home, and learning to navigate unexpected change. Those experiences don't define my work, but they have shaped the way I listen, the questions I ask, and the deep respect I have for the complexity of being human.
Today, I support individuals and couples navigating communication challenges, emotional disconnection, life transitions, intimacy, grief, fertility journeys, and the uncertainty that often comes when life doesn't unfold as expected.
What's like to work together
No two people—or relationships—are the same, so our work won't follow a script. We begin with what's bringing you here, what's feeling difficult, and what you're hoping will be different.
Some conversations are about making sense of long-standing patterns. Others focus on navigating a difficult moment, strengthening communication, or finding new ways to respond when old strategies are no longer serving you. Sometimes we'll sit with hard questions; other times we'll leave with practical tools you can put into practice right away.
My role isn't to tell you what to do. It's to help you slow down, notice what might be happening beneath the surface, and support you in responding with greater awareness, clarity, and intention. I believe meaningful change happens when insight and action come together—and when you feel both supported and gently challenged along the way.

Beyond my work
Originally from Barcelona and now based in Austin, I've always been curious about people, cultures, and the stories we carry. Outside of my practice, you'll usually find me spending time with my partner and our three dogs, exploring nature, practicing yoga, staying active, traveling, or cooking and sharing good food with the people I love.
I believe some of life's most meaningful conversations happen on a long walk, over a great cup of coffee, or in the quiet moments when we feel safe enough to be fully ourselves. That same spirit of curiosity, presence, and genuine connection is something I hope every client experiences in our work together.
If what you've read feels like it speaks to where you are, I'd love to meet you. Our initial consultation is an opportunity to ask questions, share what's bringing you here, and explore whether we're the right fit to work together.
