I believe in personalized support. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor my sessions to fit your specific circumstances, goals, and personal values. I’m committed to providing tools and insights that feel authentic and practical for you, empowering you to create the meaningful connections and fulfilling relationships you seek.

Tailoring Our Journey Together

Here’s how our work together can unfold. You have the option to start with a 20-minute consultation to see if we’re a good therapeutic fit, though I often recommend beginning with a full 55-minute session. This gives us ample time to dive deeper and start laying the groundwork for meaningful progress.

To build continuity, I typically suggest meeting every two weeks at the start. As we move forward, sessions can shift to every three weeks, eventually transitioning to shorter 30-minute check-ins. However, I understand that each person’s journey is unique, so I’m flexible in adjusting the cadence to suit your needs.

For more urgent or specific issues, we can focus on short-term, targeted support with weekly sessions. This approach allows us to address immediate concerns while providing the extra guidance and stability you may need during challenging times.

Ultimately, the pace and structure of our work will be guided by what feels most supportive for you ensuring a personalized and effective experience.

Ongoing support

For clients I have already worked with,
30-minute sessions are available to check
in on progress and continue building on
previous sessions.
