Refund Policy

I understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed sessions, are non-refundable and may be charged the full session fee.

Packages and prepaid sessions are non-refundable once purchased. Sessions included in a package must be used within the timeframe specified at the time of purchase.

If I need to cancel or reschedule a session, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund for that session.
