Who I Am & How I Work

Who I am
I’m a relational intelligence specialist, facilitator, and PCC-certified coach. I help organizations, leaders, individuals, and couples communicate better, navigate conflict, and create healthier, more aligned ways of relating — at work, in relationships, and within themselves.
My work is warm, direct, emotionally attuned, and grounded in more than 7,000 hours working with people in high-stakes roles and relationships across global teams and multicultural environments.
What I believe in
Relationships shape everything — how we lead, how we love, how we speak to ourselves, and how we move through the world. Yet most of us were never taught relational skills: how to communicate honestly, repair after conflict, name our needs, build trust, or navigate the moments when uncertainty, fear, or misalignment show up.
I believe clarity and connection are learnable.
I believe emotional steadiness can be practiced.
And I believe communication is not just what we say — it’s how we show up.
My work blends structure, depth, and humanity to help people relate in ways that feel honest, grounded, and sustainable — in their personal lives, their partnerships, and their leadership.
How I work
I take a practical and relational approach to coaching. My focus is on understanding what’s actually happening in the moment and helping people respond with more clarity, steadiness, and intention. The work is direct, grounded, and rooted in real conversations that create meaningful change.
-
Warm and grounded — a steady presence, not a “coachy” tone
-
Direct and compassionate — honest without being harsh
-
Clear and structured — practical tools, straightforward language
-
Emotionally intelligent — attuned to what’s said and what’s underneath
-
Relational — centered on patterns, behavior, and dynamics
-
Actionable — clarity → aligned action
Whether the conversation is personal or professional, the work centers around clarity, communication, boundaries, and repair.

A FEW PERSONAL NOTES
I’m originally from a small town outside Barcelona and now live in Austin with my partner and our three dogs. I grew up navigating family complexity, emotional responsibility far too early, and the sense that relationships could be both steady and unpredictable. Those early experiences shaped how I listen, how I understand people, and how I show up in my work.
I’ve lived many “versions” of myself — traveling the world, co-founding a school in Spain, becoming a yoga teacher in India, moving countries for a relationship, going through a divorce, rebuilding my life in the U.S., and choosing again who I want to be in my late thirties. I know what it feels like to start over, to question everything, to outgrow patterns, and to slowly build a life that fits.
Today, I’m in a relationship that feels healthy and solid — not perfect, but honest, aligned, and intentional. I don’t believe in perfect relationships; I believe in the ones where both people stay aware, communicate openly, repair when needed, and keep building something they can grow in.
I’m a verbal processor, a lover of good food, travel, movement, and being outdoors. Community, honest conversations, and meaningful connection matter deeply to me. I’ve done a lot of personal work around boundaries, self-trust, emotional steadiness, and choosing relationships that feel good for me — not just familiar or convenient.
In my work, I bring humor, warmth, clarity, and deep listening. My presence is steady, human, and shaped by everything I’ve learned along the way. Wherever you are in your relational life — beginning something new, rebuilding, healing, or finding your footing — you don’t have to navigate it alone.
