Initial Consultation
We begin with a 30-minute consultation to explore what’s bringing you in, what kind of support you’re looking for, and whether working together feels aligned.
This first conversation is also a space for questions, clarity, and getting a sense of fit before moving forward.
Individual Work
Individual sessions offer space to explore relationship patterns, emotional challenges, dating, intimacy, grief, life transitions, and the ways relationships shape our sense of self and connection.
Some clients come in around a specific challenge or period of change, while others seek more ongoing space for reflection, growth, and relational awareness.
Couples Work
Couples sessions focus on communication, recurring dynamics, conflict, trust, emotional disconnection, and navigating difficult conversations more consciously.
The work is not about deciding who is right or wrong, but about understanding the patterns and emotional dynamics shaping the relationship — especially during periods of stress, uncertainty, or transition.
Support options
Sessions are available individually or through ongoing support, depending on each person or couple’s needs and circumstances.
Support may include:
— individual sessions
— ongoing biweekly work
— short-term support around a specific issue or transition
— longer-term relational work
Most clients meet every two weeks, though frequency can be adjusted as needed.
